Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed with every purchase.
Every item in The Dream kidZ Family gift Shop is backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return authorization online through your user account or email us with your request including your name, address and invoice number.
Returns must be sent back in resalable condition with all components intact, with a copy of your invoice within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund, credit or exchange, less shipping. Personalized items are not refundable unless received damaged and may be exchanged only.
Please note that "Hold On Tight" lifebooks must be sent back in the exact condition and page order received or there will be a 10% restocking fee.
The Dream kidZ reserves the right to deliver partial credits for items received damaged or with components missing. We cannot refund or credit accounts for items not received by our offices.
Return Authorization Procedures
We require that all customers who wish to return an order must obtain a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to sending back their merchandise.
Just log into your Dream Kidz user account to request a return or email us and give us the Invoice # of your order. We will assign an RMA # which must appear on the outside of the package.
If, for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can simply return it in resalable condition within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns: Place the sales receipt or a copy of it, inside a well cushioned package with the product being returned. Then ship it prepaid and insured to the address below. Credit will be given to the credit card used for the original purchase soon after receiving your package.
Unless stated otherwise, please use Priority Mail, Parcel Post or UPS to return your orders.
We will supply the return address upon receipt of return request.
